What is embroidery?
Embroidery is one of mankind’s oldest skills using a needle and thread to decorate and enhance apparel, fabric, or other materials. Today, we use embroidery for anyone looking for a professional touch on their apparel-polo’s, caps, backpacks, and more! We use state of the art machinery with multiple heads that reads a computer file to stitch out designs, artwork, or patches.
We begin by taking your artwork and creating a stitch file that the machine is able to read. This process is called ‘digitizing.’ Once the file is on the machine, we select the proper thread colors for your design, your products are hooped, attached to the machine and ready for embroidery. After sewing the products we check for loose threads that need trimming, remove stabilizers and backing, fold, package and deliver to your door!
Once you have ordered your apparel there is a two-week turnaround time or less. RUSH orders may be subject to a small fee depending on workload. There is a one time fee for digitizing artwork depending on the size and scope of the project. Graphic Design charges may apply to any editing needed on designs before digitizing.
